25th anniversary

I Twittered and commented on Facebook yesterday but never got around to posting on my blog. November 16th was my 25th anniversary as career staff. I really started back in 1974.

Happy belated anniversary, girl!

I passed my 28th anniversary as a fulltimer in August -- but like you, I started working for the system in 1974 (December, it was). I've been on the payroll for more than two-thirds of my life, which sounds horrifying but has (mostly) been fun.

I know that everyone appreciates your enthusiasm for all this newfangled Internet stuff. Let's keep on showing them that us old dogs can still learn new tricks. :)
